Impeller
Recessed (Vortex) design-reduces bearing Load and increases Bearing Life.
Recessed design prevents clogging, by passing 2 inch Solids and Stringy Solids in Sewage water.
Material is corrosion resistant,high strength,abrasion resistant,Glass filled Nylon.
Shaft Seals
Full mechanical seal (carbon / ceramic).
Lip Seal in Tandem w/mechanical Seal for redundant. Shaf & Sealing,Giving additional Sealing Protection for the Motor.
Bearings

Power Cords
Are Triple Sealed-Using Cord Connector for strain relief, Epoxy Potted Outer Jacket Sealed,with in dividual Couductors are Stripped,butt spliced and Epoxy sealed around each Conductor, to prevent Wicking leaks.
Motor
Permanent split capacitor design –Features Lower starting Currents w/ Higher starting Torque.
Capacitor is mounted internally, No start Switch or control Box required.
Thermol overload is mounted directly on the Windings for maximum Temperature Sensing.
Oil-filled provides:
  1. Constant Bearing lubrication.
  2. maximum motor cooling (conducts heat from motor Windings to the Fluid being Pumped )
  3. Aids in providing even heat distribution, throughout the motor housing, Aiding in eliminate"Hot Spots" as seen in Air filled motors," Air" has a low Coefficient for heat Transfer
