Thermol overload is mounted directly on the Windings for maximum temperature Sensing. Thus preventing motor failure due to excessively high motor temperatures to motor Windings
Oil-filled provides:
  1. Constant Bearing lubrication.
  2. maximum motor cooling (Conducts heat from Motor Windings to Fluids Being Pumped)
  3. Helps provide even heat distribution, throughout the motor housing, helping eliminate"Hot Spots" as seen in Air filled motors, Air has a very low Coefficient for heat Transfer!
